Job Responsibilities include:
Preparing plan, section, isometric, and detail drawings for various Sprinkler/Plumbing systems.

• Coordinating with the other disciplines (Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, I&C, Site Civil) regarding the Sprinkler/Plumbing design
• Performing BIM model clash detection.
• Providing input on CAD/BIM standards and workflows.
• Using parametric elements within Revit, and basic parametric Revit family creation and manipulation.
• Walk the Job Site to Scan/Survey and identify potential clashes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years' experience using Revit & Sprinkcad/Hydrocad
• Proven proficiency in Revit and knowledge in design drawing production.
• Experience leading and coordinating drawing production for small to medium sized projects.
• Must have 2 years knowledge of plumbing/sprinkler system

Pay:
$70, $95,000.00 per year
