What makes this position special

For our team of 25 colleagues in the Diet and Nutrition Counseling department of Klinik Gastronomie Eppendorf GmbH at the University Medical Center Eppendorf (Martinistraße) location, we are currently looking for Dietitians.

Fulltime, 40 hours/week.
A minimum of 2 weekend shifts per month with full time off is mandatory.

Your responsibilities

In order to provide targeted and individualized care for dietary patients, our independent diet department team produces an average of 170 diet forms daily for dietary patient care.

Your main tasks include:

Creating diet forms according to DGE guidelines
Organizing and monitoring the production process
Ensuring compliance with HACCP guidelines
Conducting nutrition courses in the prevention area
Internal presentations and training for employees of other professions
Dietary guidance for specialist and support staff, dietetic students, interns, and service staff in the gastronomic patient care
Conducting nutrition consultations for all medical conditions and diet forms in the hospital, taking into account medical laboratory parameters and using relevant anamnesis surveys, such as the Nutritional Risk Score (NRS) and evaluation of nutrition protocols
