Job Overview:

Highlights of your role:

  • Execute Marvin Replacement window and door installation projects utilizing various trade methods standard within the industry.
  • Complete field service & repair of products during and after installation, as assigned.
  • Provide superior customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication and treatment of our customers.
  • Lead one or more technicians on the job site.
  • Communicate all product and install issues to appropriate parties, including Marvin Replacement team and customer.
  • Clear, concise jobsite documentation that provides insight to the support staff to facilitate timely closure of all service requests.
  • Hours will vary and will be influenced heavily on the wants and needs of our customers.
  • Manage personal safety, customer jobsite, and personal appearance. Ensure the install technicians on site are working safely and in accordance with Marvin's policies.
  • Manage and maintain company issued assets, i.e. trucks, tools, phone and computer/notepad.
  • This is an employee position that is eligible for benefits, not a subcontractor. Marvin Replacement provides the necessary tools and a company vehicle. You will not be required to carry separate insurance or business licenses.
You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):

  • History and passion for high quality workmanship
  • Exceptional time management, punctuality, and reliability
  • MA Construction Supervisor License, Lead Renovator Certification, and/or Installation Masters Certification are all preferred

Also want to make sure you have:

  • 5+ years of full frame and insert window & door installation or remodeling experience.
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable accident and moving violation motor vehicle record.
  • Excellent and detailoriented interior and exterior trim expertise required (e.g. break work, capping, caulking)
  • Must meet the Federal Department of Transportation medical certification requirements (Physical) and driver eligibility.
  • Must be able to meet physical requirements of position including:
  • Able to lift, push/pull, and carry at least 50lbs
  • Ability to work outside in varying weather conditions for extended periods
  • Able to climb ladders, scaffolding, and stairs, and ability to kneel.
  • Able to stand for extended periods, up to 6 hours per day
