    Description
    Insight Global is looking for a Campaign Specialist with a heavy focus within the operations side of the house. This is a chance to join a growing team for a company focused within the mental health space. This role will collaborate heavily with the Campaign Marketing teams and other GTM teams. This role will use candidates' ability to update/manage data within Marketo and Salesforce.

    This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced team, that work well with each other and are critical to the functions of the Marketing arm.


    Additional day to day:
    Assist with the coordination and execution of assigned campaign requests in Asana

    Communicate with multiple key stakeholders internally on task statuses and gather necessary information to complete tasks

    Coordinate with external agency to assign these tasks once all information is received

    Ensure earlier stage deadlines are met so SLAs and final task deadlines are completed on time

    QA emails built by the agency for stage 1 review before passing on to manager for stage 2 review

    Create Marketo programs and Salesforce campaigns that are key to tracking marketing efforts

    Import lists from webinars, events, content syndication, etc

    Required Skills & Experience

    Requested Skills
    -3-5yrs within a similar type of role

    Strong communication skills - to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders

    Organization and project management - to manage the status of and prioritize multiple requests to ensure final deadlines are met

    Attention to detail - to review emails and help ensure a high-quality final email is sent

    Marketo experience is necessary and certification is preferred

    Salesforce experience specifically around campaigns and tracking

    Knowledge of segmentation and audience and database management

    Nice to Have Skills & Experience

    6sense experience is a bonus


    Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
