Description
Clearing Crew Excavator operator

  • Its main purpose is to take down trees, dig stumps, load trucks and gather debris and vegetation into piles and wind rows. Sorting through materials as the job sees fit.
  • Operating heavy machinery to move dirt, rock, and other materials to construct roadways, bridges, dams, and other large projects
  • Operating construction equipment to remove debris from building sites or excavate soil to construct foundations for buildings
  • Keeping records of time spent working, materials used, and equipment maintenance issues to ensure compliance with regulation
  • Ensure Company equipment is lawfully operated, cared for, maintained and used effectively.
  • Inspect all company equipment before each start up.
  • Must wear required PPE as per safety manual and OSHA regulations.
  • Perform a variety of task involving physical labor up to 50 lbs
  • Work weekends if requested by Foreman
  • Communicate effectively with Foreman
  • Must have reliable transportation to transport self to the jobsites.
  • Jobsites range anywhere from 1080 miles in one direction
  • Must be DRUG FREE
  • Medical Drug cards are NOT accepted
