Your tasks

  • Independent support of a department
  • Implementation and participation in IT projects (planning, procurement, rollout)
  • Challenges of digitalization
  • Communication with internal and external partners
  • Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
  • Participation in the planning, development, and implementation of the city's IT strategy
  • Participation in the tendering and awarding of IT services
  • Participation in contract and licensing law
  • Processing of service requests and second-level incidents
  • Support for various software and hardware solutions in the municipal environment
