Tasks:

  • Ensuring the proper technical condition of the technical systems to be maintained
  • Independent inspections / maintenance / testing of building technical systems (e.g. heating / air conditioning / ventilation / plumbing)
  • Conducting control rounds and inspections
  • Digital documentation of performed tasks via mobile devices (e.g. maintenance protocols)
  • Availability for on-call and emergency services

Your profile:

  • Technical education, e.g. as a HVAC technician / mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology / central heating and ventilation builder / gas and water installer or comparable qualification
  • Ideally with initial work experience, but also open to entry-level or technically skilled career changers with a desire for further training
  • Customer-oriented, dedicated employees who value teamwork and reliability
  • German language skills at level B2 / Class B driver's license
