I am looking to buy a second-hand house in Asturias for 86,000 euros, but I only have 6,000 euros saved. My plan is to apply for a personal loan of 10,000 euros to be paid back over 5 years at 200 euros per month, with no penalty for early repayment. Then, with a total of 16,000 euros, I will apply for a mortgage for 90% of the value of the house. My goal is to pay 200 euros for the personal loan and around 300 euros for the mortgage, so that it does not exceed 35% of my net salary, which is 2,100 euros per month.
