Customer Service Representative (w/m/d) in full-time.


You will support us in
- caring for our customers and insured persons regarding non-medical questions
- creating electronic files including all master and contract data
- providing telephone support for the setup and use of telemedical devices
- processing and analyzing the cause of device alarms
- compiling and sending contract documents
- performing logistical tasks as part of the substitution regulation
