Position Summary:

This position will be responsible for maintaining all areas of assigned buildings base on the daily need. These areas include offices, conference rooms, corridors, lobbies, and other public areas such as break rooms and restrooms.


Summary of Essential Position Functions:


  • Empty Trash
  • Dusting all furniture, including desks, chairs, and tables
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms.
  • Vacuuming and mopping floors

Education/Credentials:


  • High school diploma or GED
    preferred but not required

  • Experience in a service environment is
    preferred, but not required.

Experience/Skills/Knowledge:


  • One (1) to Two (2) years previous janitorial experience preferred
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Must be able to multitask and work independently and as a member of a team
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Must have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic

Job Type:

Part-time


Pay:
$ $17.00 per hour
