We are currently seeking a

Certified Service Advisor (m/f/d) at our Aachen location

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Independently managing mechanics, providing complete customer service from consultation to processing, and taking full responsibility for your team, including scheduling
  • Ensuring customeroriented consultation with high technical expertise, ensuring compliance with service core processes, and building customer relationships with the goal of high customer satisfaction and loyalty

Your qualifications:


  • Completed technical or commercial training
  • Certification as a service advisor (m/f/d)
  • Experience in service reception
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
  • Solid technical knowledge
  • Communication skills and customer orientation
  • Teamwork, initiative, and independence
  • Strong commitment and willingness to further education
