Front Desk Agent for First and Second shifts

We are a Boutique property on Clearwater Beach, with a strong presence on Airbnb and VRBO.

Our focus is on providing the best possible guest experience from check in to check out and we are looking for a skilled Guest Service Agent to continue their career with our expanding company, covering the 7am - 3pm and 3pm to 11pm shifts.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
  • Answer phones
  • Make and confirm guest reservations made either directly or thru one of the reservation platforms
  • Maintain a neat and orderly front desk area.
  • Provide information about the hotel, its services, and local attractions.
  • Handle guest checkins and checkouts.
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions.
  • Assist guests with any inquiries or requests they may have

Experience:


  • Previous experience in hotel Front Desk procedures
  • Knowledge of night audit procedures is a plus
  • Strong guest service skills with the ability to anticipate needs and exceed expectations
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is an asset
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and composure
  • Proficient in using hotel management software and computer systems

Pay:
$ $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
