Description

We are looking for both Part-Time and Full-Time candidates with flexible availability to work weekends.

Must possess a current valid Food handlers card, or be able to obtain one upon hire.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

Assist Lead/Chef Team with proper receiving and putting away of deliveries according to proper HAACP protocols. Inform managers of any issues with delivery in a timely manner; (i.e-damaged goods delivered, missing items, etc.)
Ability to safely lift a minimum of 45lbs from the floor to waist height repeatedly.
One year minimum kitchen experience preferred but not necessary, will train the right candidate.
Work as a team to prep items needed for your shift, and to think ahead beyond just the current day
You will be cross trained to help and execute all stations to help ensure the kitchen is running smoothly, there is no "that's not my job" mentality here
Follow proper closing and breakdown procedures to ensure the kitchen and equipment are well maintained based upon provided checklists.
Report and equipment malfunction, food/cleaning inventory issues to Kitchen manager in a timely manner to allow a prompt response and resolution to any issues.
Be punctual and prepared to work on time.
