Village Bottleshop and Tasting Room is hiring for our new West Kapolei location

We are looking for both Part-Time candidates with flexible availability to work weekends.

Must possess a current valid Food handlers card, or be able to obtain one upon hire.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Assist Lead/Chef Team with proper receiving and putting away of deliveries according to proper HAACP protocols. Inform managers of any issues with delivery in a timely manner; (i.e-damaged goods delivered, missing items, etc.)
• Ability to safely lift a minimum of 45lbs from the floor to waist height repeatedly.
• One year minimum kitchen experience preferred but not necessary, will train the right candidate.
• Work as a team to prep items needed for your shift, and to think ahead beyond just the current day
• You will be cross trained to help and execute all stations to help ensure the kitchen is running smoothly, there is no "that's not my job" mentality here
• Follow proper closing and breakdown procedures to ensure the kitchen and equipment are well maintained based upon provided checklists.
• Report and equipment malfunction, food/cleaning inventory issues to Kitchen manager in a timely manner to allow a prompt response and resolution to any issues.
• Be punctual and prepared to work on time.
