Full Time Floor Care Technician shift available in the capital district (must be flexible)
Join our growing team Weekly pay with some benefits. Floor care and janitorial experience preferred. We are looking for a floor care technician/cleaning technician for full-time employment.


Main Requirements:

• Must have a valid clean Drivers License.
• A phone interview will be conducted prior to an actual interview.

• Ability to move and or lift 50-75lbs.
• Able to pass a drug test prior to hiring, and possible random drug
• Experience with carpet/upholstery cleaning or floor maintenance preferred. Example, Steam cleaning units, extractors, Square scrub machines for dry stripping methods.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Maintaining cleanliness and care of the company vans and equipment
• Timely completion of work assigned
• Floor stripping and waxing
• Carpet cleaning (Steam cleaning and shampooing)
• Productively and safely move furniture to prepare areas for cleaning
• Provide customers with positive attitude
• Account for and return all cleaning tools, hoses, solvents etc. to the truck before departure from customer's location

• Pay will be increased with experience, but generally begins as $14/hr during training period of approximately 1 month and will increase $1 after this period of sucessful completion. After 3 months and 6 months you will receive an additional increase.

Pay:
$ $26.00 per hour


Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• Latham, NY: Relocate before starting work (required)
