Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team.

As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

This is a full-time position.


Responsibilities:


  • Respond to inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
  • Provide clerical support such as filing, data entry, and document management
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Use Adobe Suite to create professional documents
  • Maintain computer literacy to effectively navigate various software programs
  • Organize meeting minutes, maintain task lists and other important documents accurately
  • Support office operations by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Qualifications:

  • Excellent office etiquette with strong verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
  • Ability to accurately perform order entry tasks
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to transcribe information accurately and efficiently
  • Prior experience working in an office setting is preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle client inquiries professionally
  • Effective calendar management skills

$ $30.00 per hour
