As a CSR/Receptionist at Marina Bay Animal Hospital, you will: greet clients with "wow" service; manage a multiple phone system, schedule appointments; enter client and patient data into the practice-management software (Cornerstone); admit and discharge patients; generate invoices and review with clients; process payments; prepare and maintain medical records; maintain order and cleanliness in lobby and reception areas.
