- Accurately qualify the technical fit of the Tecsys solution and partner with the AE in sales qualification.
- Engage in effective discovery through listening, curiosity, and open-ended questions.
- Provide professional and timely response to RFP's and RFI's, coordinating across the organization when needed.
- Perform site visits as needed to observe customer operations, assess hardware requirements, and gather insights.
- Partner with the AE and opportunity team to develop winning strategies.
- Collaborate with the customer and opportunity team to develop meaningful demonstrations.
- Identify and cultivate technical champions during the sales process.
- Drive feedback from the field back into the organization.
- 8+ years of experience in a Presales or similar customer-facing role.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields is a plus.
- Deep knowledge of supply chain management processes.
- Comfortable working across various verticals.
- Practical experience in Supply Chain management is a bonus.
- Ability to learn fast and become a master of Tecsys product capabilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Engaging presentation skills with the ability to deliver a memorable demo experience.
- Team player with a positive attitude focused on problem-solving.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
