- Oversee the advancement of supply chain business intelligence and analytics for Foot Locker's Lace Up Plan.
- Establish a central source of truth for global supply chain data with connected, consistent, and automated reports.
- Enable end-to-end analytics across operations and customer data.
- Act as a subject matter expert in global supply chain data processes.
- Identify analytics requirements in collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Prioritize requirements and collaborate with technology teams on implementation.
- Drive data-driven change management for enhancing customer experience and productivity.
- Develop metrics and KPIs for various functions.
- Perform detailed data analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Create data visualizations for monitoring performance.
- Provide consulting on data/analytics application across operations teams.
- Lead programs to drive gains through data insights.
- Develop presentations and communicate findings effectively.
- Translate strategy into business initiatives and support execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
- Minimum 7 years in strategic teams with 5+ years in data analyst roles.
- Experience in eCommerce fulfillment and CX.
- Proficiency in BI tools and programming languages.
- Strong knowledge of SQL.
- Understanding of data foundations and analytics.
- Knowledge of supply chain operations in retail.
- Pro-active problem-solving approach with a passion for customer experience.
