For our client, an international vehicle manufacturer, we are currently seeking a full-time lawyer (m/f/d) as a freelancer for a duration of 18 months.

Commercial Law | Lawyer | Munich | Temp. 18 M. | 50% - 80% | Freelancing

Position:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and documents in the company's day-to-day operations
  • Providing legal advice to all departments, particularly in the areas of development, logistics, and sales
  • Dealing with complex legal issues related to competition, trade, transportation, and sales law, as well as warranty rights
  • Ensuring compliance with legal regulations within the company
