Central High, OK 'Langenhagen (expert Warenvertrieb GmbH) is looking for a full-time Junior Recruiter (m/w/d) to join our team at our headquarters in Hannover-Langenhagen.

We are a successful technology company with over 60 years of experience and 396 locations throughout Germany, operated by 199 independent entrepreneurs.

Our team of 500 colleagues at the headquarters manages all activities related to sales, marketing, e-commerce, and logistics, supporting our stores in their daily operations.

As a Junior Recruiter, you will be responsible for creating job profiles, posting advertisements, and organizing and conducting interviews for our headquarters.

You will also play a key role in continuously improving our candidate outreach strategies. After a thorough training, you will be the go-to person for all recruiting-related questions for various departments. You will also work closely with external recruitment agencies and service providers.

Your responsibilities will also include creating and publishing job postings in collaboration with our shareholders and managing the applicant tracking system for our affiliated stores.

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree or completed commercial training, as well as some experience in recruiting.

You should also have excellent communication skills, the ability to adapt to different audiences, and be comfortable conducting interviews. We are looking for someone who is proactive, service-oriented, and has strong analytical skills and reliability. Proficiency in MS Office is also required.
