• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students
• Provide individualized support and tutoring to students as needed
• Utilize instructional design techniques to enhance learning outcomes
• Manage classroom activities and maintain a positive learning environment
• Collaborate with speech therapists, music therapists, and other specialists to support student development
• Incorporate library services and resources into lesson plans

• Previous experience working with individuals with autism is highly preferred
• Proficiency in applied behavior analysis techniques
• Strong classroom management skills
• Ability to mentor and guide students effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational environment
