The Theater Konstanz of the city of Konstanz is looking for a employee for the 2024/2025 season (starting in September 2024) for the position of Artistic Operations Office and Organizational Project Management (m/f/d). We are looking for a person with organizational experience in artistic projects and ideally familiar with the processes and structures of a theater company.
The employment and compensation will be based on the provisions of the NV-Bühne Solo collective agreement.

Your main tasks:

As an employee of the Artistic Operations Office (KBB), you will be the organizational point of contact in daily operations and a central interface for various inquiries and concerns within the theater. The focus is on cooperative and constructive collaboration with the different departments of the theater as well as external individuals as contact person for the respective production or event. You will be responsible for event organization and management of special events to complement the performance schedule. In addition, internal events for the theater staff (e.g. company outing and Christmas party) are part of your area of responsibility. As organizational project manager, you will be responsible for the annual summer theater on Münsterplatz.

Your qualifications:

  • A university degree or vocational training in an organizational/business/arts-oriented field
