    Description

    Job Description:
    Seeking a Senior Business Analyst to perform business process analysis, functional design, and document solution recommendations. The BA will support automated business applications, acting as a liaison between business end users and application developers. As part of a cross-functional team, the BA may also support testing, technical design, and other functions as needed. This role includes modeling analyst best practices, contributing to process improvements, and mentoring other BAs.


    Responsibilities:
    Collaborate with delivery team for quality outcomes

    Conduct discovery to determine business needs

    Recommend technical solutions and document requirements

    Consult with management on system best practices

    Document current and proposed business processes

    Communicate business needs to technical teams

    Provide user training and system support

    Investigate system malfunctions and document findings

    Act as primary contact for application developers

    Participate in system analysis, design, and testing

    Support business UAT efforts

    Set and implement industry best practices

    Coach and mentor other BAs


    Required Skills/Qualifications:
    System design and analysis

    Needs assessment techniques

    Specification development and writing

    Process modeling and diagramming

    Requirements elicitation and facilitation

    Effective communication skills

    Experience with Hyland's Onbase software

    Experience with statewide retirement applications

    Experience with DocuSign or Adobe Sign
