Job Overview:

Responsible for regular, emergency, and preventive maintenance on various utilities (gas, water, sewer, electrical), commercial kitchens, and building electro-mechanical systems and equipment.

Showcasing the ability to handle these tasks independently. Demonstrating sound judgment and decision-making in the face of electro-mechanical challenges.

Job Specifications:

Expected Pay Range: $ $25.49 / hour

Schedule Availability:
Full Time / Year Round

Skill Level: _Intermediate_

Duties:

Conduct maintenance on pumps, filters, tanks, and pipes related to a domestic drinking water system
Maintain building heating and ventilation systems and controls
Service commercial kitchen cooking equipment
Handle upkeep of commercial refrigeration equipment
Aid in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with building electrical systems
Stay self-motivated to manage high workloads during peak seasons
Demonstrate strong customer service abilities
Collaborate with Mountain Services Coordinators for acquiring necessary materials
Fulfill other assigned duties

Job Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent _required_
Preferably, three years or more experience in the HVA/C & R or Plumbing field
Proficiency in operating a DDC system and computer-based work order system _required_
Fluent in English - reading, writing, and speaking _required_
Valid state-issued driver's license _required_
Intermediate skiing or snowboarding skills _preferred_

The expected pay range is $ $25.49. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
