  • Provides the Director of Operations with the support necessary to oversee the daily operations of the agency. This role involves a mix of administrative duties, facility management tasks, and direct support to program staff.
  • Performs or assists in a number of department audits.
  • Assists in the oversight of current leases for rental properties, to include property move-outs, any concerns that arise at the property, and maintaining positive relationships with landlords.
  • Conducts the annual inventory of agency equipment, and assists the Director of Operations in maintaining accurate, up to date inventory records.
  • Keeps agency vehicles well maintained by assisting with a variety of fleet management tasks. This includes, but is not limited to, preventative maintenance schedules; tracking of repairs; recall follow-up; completing annual vehicle inventory audits.
  • Manages the agency cell phone business account, and coordinates the assignment of new and returned cell phones with support from the IT Coordinator.
  • Promotes agency safety, security, and emergency preparedness by assisting with documentation of security systems, panic devices, and key control records.
  • Ensures that the Employee Medicaid Exclusion reports are completed each month.
  • Serves on agency committees as requested
  • Carries out additional duties essential to the above-stated responsibilities as assigned.
  • Is mindful of and integrates Trauma-Informed Care and its five principles in all duties and interactions with fellow staff, residents, and external partners.
  • Maintains compliance with all required rules and regulations including Federal Confidentiality ( CFR, Part 2), HIPAA, Medicaid and/or HUD, and any others.
  • ?Regular attendance at work location.

    • Requirements

    Associate's Degree in Business and two or more years of prior experience in finance, operations, and/or project management.

    Or

    High school diploma or and seven or more years in finance, operations, and/or project management. ?

    Must possess a valid New York State driver's license and reliable automobile
