As part of our team expansion, we are looking for a Trainee Product Management Credit & Account in the area of Sales Management for Private Customers (m/f/d) - fixed-term for 24 months.

Responsibilities

During your 24month trainee program, you will get to know all areas of the company that are relevant to your role.
You will receive onthejob training and immediately dive into the daily operations. This includes supporting us in managing active, passive, and card business.
In order to offer a timely product portfolio, you will monitor trends and the market for product and process development from a sales perspective.
You will also assist in designing and further developing demandoriented and profitable products.

Requirements

You have a degree in business administration.
Ideally, you have some experience in product management in the banking or financial sector.
You enjoy gaining a deep understanding of bank products and services. You are interested in topics such as digitalization and transformation.
