In the Department of Health - Department of Home Supervision, Administration and Service, a position as a

Care Professional (m/f/d)
for supervisory activities according to the Self-Determination Strengthening Act

is to be filled at the earliest possible date for supervisory activities within the framework of the Self-Determination Strengthening Act (SbStG). The full-time position (39 hours per week) can be divided and the classification is in pay group 9b of the Collective Agreement for the Public Service (TVöD).

The field of activity includes the following focal points

Planning and implementation of regular inspections from a nursing perspective in facilities within the meaning of the Self-Determination Strengthening Act, which serve the purpose of admitting and comprehensively caring for older people or people in need of care or disabled adults.
Nursing quality assurance (structural, process and outcome quality)
- Ensuring and further developing nursing quality through consultation with facilities on nursing matters based on the latest scientific nursing knowledge
- Consultation with residents, relatives and/or legal guardians, home councils and home advocates
- Conducting training and information events for professionals (especially management personnel) of facilities within the meaning of the SbStG
