    The People Business Partner plays a hands-on role in supporting the Americas Sales team. This position involves collaborating closely with business leaders and front-line managers to oversee talent development. By fostering strong relationships with internal clients and providing guidance, the People Business Partner contributes to enhancing HR services such as workforce planning, performance management, communication, projects, and analytics.

    Responsibilities:
    • Serve as the main HR contact for all Americas sales leaders (Directors and Front-line Managers).
    • Weekly meetings with relevant sales leaders to offer HR advice as needed.
    • Maintain an effective Performance Improvement routine and tracking.
    • Collaborate with sales leaders and employees to uphold Veeam core values, enhance work relationships, boost morale, and improve productivity and retention.
    • Work with the Sales Operations team on headcount and position management reconciliation.
    • Support Governance and Compliance policies and matters.
    • Collaborate with other P&C teams (e.g., Recruiting, HR Operations).
    • Identify training requirements and recommend solutions in partnership with leadership.
    • Participate in the assessment and supervision of training programs for effectiveness.
    • Provide change management assistance as necessary.
    • Handle other assigned tasks and responsibilities, including ad hoc administrative support.
    Requirements:
    • HRBP and/or Generalist experience in sales and tech organizations.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Familiarity with HR planning principles and strategic workforce planning.
    • Self-driven with the ability to navigate in a matrix organization and resolve issues promptly.

    The salary range specified represents On Target Earnings (OTE), inclusive of base and variable pay. Veeam considers various factors when extending employment offers.
