- Serve as the main HR contact for all Americas sales leaders (Directors and Front-line Managers).
- Weekly meetings with relevant sales leaders to offer HR advice as needed.
- Maintain an effective Performance Improvement routine and tracking.
- Collaborate with sales leaders and employees to uphold Veeam core values, enhance work relationships, boost morale, and improve productivity and retention.
- Work with the Sales Operations team on headcount and position management reconciliation.
- Support Governance and Compliance policies and matters.
- Collaborate with other P&C teams (e.g., Recruiting, HR Operations).
- Identify training requirements and recommend solutions in partnership with leadership.
- Participate in the assessment and supervision of training programs for effectiveness.
- Provide change management assistance as necessary.
- Handle other assigned tasks and responsibilities, including ad hoc administrative support.
- HRBP and/or Generalist experience in sales and tech organizations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with HR planning principles and strategic workforce planning.
- Self-driven with the ability to navigate in a matrix organization and resolve issues promptly.

The People Business Partner plays a hands-on role in supporting the Americas Sales team.
