Commercial Project Manager for Contract Negotiations - Lenoir, United States - Blue Horizon Solutions
Description
What can you expect?
- As a commercial project manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for updating, implementing and maintaining the commercial execution plan and are always in close coordination with the relevant departments (purchasing, finance, project controlling, legal, etc.)
- You coordinate the legal and financial framework, conduct contract negotiations and ensure continuous updating of the opportunity and risk management
- You are responsible for coordinating and optimizing contract and change management and ensuring that both invoicing and collection from the customer are done in a timely manner
- You regularly create a project status report (margin development, opportunity-risk analysis, liquidity development, etc.) to keep all stakeholders up to date
What should you bring?
- You have a degree in mathematics or economics or a comparable qualification
- You have professional experience in handling projects in plant and energy technology and ideally have first experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV
- You keep a cool head when faced with challenges and approach them in a solution-oriented and structured manner
- You are confident in new situations and impress with your excellent communication skills and a customer- and service-oriented attitude
- You see working with different actors and interdisciplinary teams as a clear advantage for your own development and the achievement of goals, and can easily communicate in both German and English
