    Responsibilities:

    As a Service Technician based at our warehouse, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our field operations and ensuring our equipment is in top condition for our customers. Key responsibilities include:

    Performing preventative maintenance and cleaning of portable heating, cooling, and drying equipment before and after each rental delivery.

    Assisting the Manager or Lead in servicing customers' equipment.

    Delivering, servicing, repairing, adjusting, and testing equipment.

    Providing emergency repairs and routine maintenance.

    Preparing orders for delivery and loading/unloading equipment from trucks.

    Testing equipment to ensure it functions correctly.

    Reassembling equipment after repair and interacting professionally with customers regarding their equipment.

    Qualifications:

    Mechanical inclination and basic tool knowledge.

    Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and the ability to work in a team.

    Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic repairs.

    Effective communication skills to demonstrate proper and safe equipment operations to customers (training provided).

    Previous HVAC experience or certification is a plus but not required.

    Experience driving to and from customer sites is beneficial.

    Availability for on-call emergency service after-hours and on weekends.

    Capable of lifting 50+ lbs., extended standing, sitting, and bending.

    Must be comfortable working in various weather conditions.
