We at Horseheads North, NY are looking for a working student (m/f/d) to join our Recruiting team. Our team is responsible for finding and selecting new colleagues for all specialist and management positions within the company.

We strive for optimal processes, a strong focus on customer orientation, a high standard of aptitude diagnostics, and creativity in our recruitment methods.

In addition to recruitment, we also work on various other topics and processes, such as talent management, leadership selection, internal placement management, seminars and training on recruitment-related topics for our managers and colleagues, as well as professional onboarding and HR tech projects.

Our team consists of 15 people, where teamwork and appreciation are highly valued.

We also make sure to have fun, whether it's at work or during our team events - we love our relaxed atmosphere and enjoy chatting about various topics.

While many talk about "working from home," we prefer to call it "mobile work." Our team meets in person every Tuesday, but otherwise, each person decides for themselves what balance of remote work and in-office time is most suitable.

We are looking for a part-time working student (18 hours/week) to support us for one year.

Your impact:
