Position Overview:
Responsibilities:

Assisting Creative Team: Assist in the coordination and execution of in-house creative projects from inception to completion.

Creating Design Assets: Assist with design graphics, layouts, icons, illustrations, or other visual elements for digital or print materials.

Software Proficiency: Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and other relevant tools for working with photography and design files for various projects.

File Management: Organize and manage design files, ensuring they are properly labeled and stored for easy access.

Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, photographers, and marketers to ensure design assets meet project requirements. Receive feedback and implement changes whenever possible.

Meeting Deadlines: Utilize our project management system (Trello) to maintain project schedules, deadlines, and milestones, ensuring adherence to timelines. Prepare and distribute project-related documentation, including agendas, meeting minutes, and status reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in graphic design, visual communication, or related field
- Proven experience in administrative or operations support roles, preferably in a creative or agency environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and thoroughly manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering them on time
- Proficiency with creative software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative to address them
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web is a plus

How to Apply:
