Team Lead Position in Warehouse Facility

Job Description:
We are looking for a Team Lead to fill a key role in our dynamic warehouse environment.

Project Coordinator:
Must be flexible, possess excellent communication skills, strong administrative capabilities, and be proficient in various computer applications.
Responsible for ensuring quality control, operational efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in assigned tasks.
Conduct training sessions to standardize work processes.
Create and update work instructions and time studies.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers on assigned projects.
Conduct regular inventory audits to guarantee no uncertified stock is present in storage areas.
Ensure compliance with Reject Management/NCD processes.
Coordinate material flow with logistics teams.
Perform daily quality inspections and manage scrap effectively.
Generate data reports related to inspection, scrap, inventory, and time management activities.

Requirements:

Must have knowledge and experience in manufacturing quality or production.
Ability to read prints, use measuring tools, and gauge experience.
Demonstrated strong management and problems-solving skills.
Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and email communication.
Capable of interpreting technical documents related to quality functions.
Able to interact with individuals of varying technical backgrounds.
Willingness to travel between locations.
(Preferred) Familiarity with PPAP, FMEA, PSO, and SPC. Automotive, quality, and supervisory experience is a plus.
