    Just Love Coffee Cafe - Brentwood is looking for highly motivated leaders to deliver the Just Love Coffee Cafe experience to every guest served.

    We are on the hunt for an ambitious kitchen **leader** who is ready to work hard, have fun, and deliver the best. If you're a great prep cook who is quick, diligent, and always willing to better yourself on the job while bringing a positive **attitude** to the table, we want to hear from you.

    As part of our team, you'll handle routine kitchen tasks such as setting up workstations, preparing ingredients, and ensuring food is made according to recipes. Following instructions and adhering to **health and safety** guidelines are crucial. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and can interact well with customers.

    Responsibilities

    • Follow the daily prep list, label, and stock ingredients for easy access
    • Measure and prepare ingredients, wash dishes, sanitize surfaces, and maintain kitchen cleanliness
    • Adhere to nutrition and sanitation guidelines, perform assigned kitchen duties

    MUST HAVE Skills

    • Punctuality, enthusiasm, and staying positive under pressure
    • Effective communication, adaptability, and hard-working ethics

    Nice to Have skills

    • No experience needed - we'll provide training
    • Knowledge of kitchen safety rules, passion for cooking, and food preparation
    • Preference for a high school diploma or equivalent, training from a culinary school is a plus

    Key responsibilities include running successful shifts, maintaining menu knowledge, and driving sales growth through positive guest experiences and marketing initiatives.

    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
