Hello, we are Wollmilchsau GmbH, a Hamburg-based software company. We develop the Jobspreader at Berliner Tor, a solution for programmatic job advertising. With this, we support recruiters in placing job advertisements automatically and on a CPC basis on job search engines. In addition to pure traffic, we offer many other features that make recruiting and personnel marketing easier and more efficient for our clients.

Our small product team is responsible for the further development of the Jobspreader. In this role, you will take full responsibility for a product within the Jobspreader, driving its development and finding ways to make it more relevant and better for our clients. Discovery, solution design, coordination, and rollout - all in your hands. The team currently consists of 3 PMs and 1 UX designer. As such, there is a lot of responsibility and room for creativity. You can work in our office in Hamburg, hybrid, or remotely from your home office anywhere in Germany.

Your tasks:

You are responsible for the development of existing and new customer-facing features and ensure that our B2B tool is used frequently and with pleasure by our clients.

You evaluate product ideas in product discovery, have conversations with our clients about existing and planned features, and conduct experiments independently.
