    $20 pay rate

    Shift- Mon-Friday 7:00-3:30pm

    Desoto, Kansas bonus program

    Up to $1000 total

    · $500 at 2 weeks

    · $500 at 90 days


    Summary

    The Antigen Manufacturing Operation comprises teams responsible for various production activities, including equipment preparation and sterilization, media component preparation and sterilization, bacterial antigen fermentation, and downstream processing.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform cleaning, setup, and sterilization of large-scale equipment in accordance with departmental protocols.
    • Execute antigen batch continuation processes required for final vaccine blending.
    • Focus on both upstream and downstream processing of Lawsonia antigen, which involves labor-intensive tasks.
    • Maintain aseptic skills to ensure antigen sterility and prevent external contamination.
    • Lift containers weighing up to 20kg as needed.
    • Assist with other team duties during periods when antigen processing is not required.

    Primary Tasks:

    • Follow the production schedule and instructions from team leads to carry out setup and processing tasks.
    • Support departmental cleaning and preparation activities to ensure efficient operations.

    Requirements:

    • HS Diploma or equivalent required
    • BS in Biology or related Science preferred
    • Relevant manufacturing experience (1-3 Years)
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently execute daily responsibilities error-free.
    • Proficiency in documenting activities using Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
    • Physical capability to lift 20kg containers.
