JOB SUMMARY
Job Profile Summary
This position will work in a petroleum product quality control lab located in Kansas City, KS. The laboratory technician performs product testing and analyses of product samples according to standard testing procedures. Position requires familiarity with all aspects of the laboratory and works independently on programs and special projects. Requires an understanding of the need for the program and how the data resulting from the program affects decision-making.
This position maintains the laboratory in proper order by supporting and participating in ongoing laboratory improvement initiatives, projects, training, maintenance, cleaning, and calibration programs.
Position involves a flexible work schedule which can include weekends and evenings.Essential Functions and Responsibilities
