Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team.

As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products through thorough inspection and review processes.

This is a full-time position with competitive compensation.


Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of First Article Inspection reports
• Collaborate with teams including CNC machinists, engineers, and quality assurance personnel resolving discrepancies or issues identified
• Perform detailed inspections of parts, components, and assemblies using different measurement tools and techniques
• Document the findings, observations, and recommendations in clear and concise language
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and best practices

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of FAI processes, AS9102 standard, and aerospace industry requirements
• Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies or nonconformities
• Experience with geometric dimensioning and tolerances. Manual layouts on surface plate.
• Experience using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, CMM, etc.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams
• Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision

Pay:
$ $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
