Assistant Clinic Technician has a dual role of performing a variety of administrative functions as well as servicing the clinical testing needs of our clients.

Such as customer service, data entry and handling telephone calls and providing clinical drug, DNA, and alcohol testing services. No medical experience is necessary, we provide all required testing certifications during orientation and training.


Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from potential customers looking for testing services and maintain scheduling of appointments.
  • Perform certified urine, alcohol, saliva, fingernail, hair follicle and DNA specimen collections.
  • Sending and filing reports with clinical labs, medical review officers, and employee representatives as required.
  • Maintain a clean and fresh appearance of the entire office, reception area and testing areas.
  • Maintenance and preparation of testing products, forms and equipment

Education and Hiring Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, any higher education is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for performing on site drug testing as required.
  • Ability to lift 35 pounds, bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, and carrying.
  • Must be able to pass a preemployment drug screen and background check.
  • Experience working in a professional setting or medical office a plus.
  • Experience in a customer facing role showing a high level of customer service.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to multitask and be well organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Fluent speaker of English and Spanish is a plus.

Schedule:
Monday

  • Friday 10am3pm. Weekends and after hours as needed.

Pay Rate:
Starting at $17.50; review after 90 days

Part-time


Pay:
From $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 22 per week
