- Responsible for all aspects of Project Management including but not limited to identify project scope; generates and maintains flow charts, project plans, schedules, identifies, investigates, resolves, and tracks project risks, setting up meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-up.

- Establish, modify, implement, optimize, and monitor systems, processes and procedures to improve and provide timely and efficient workflow
- Investigate and solve problems, create and monitor tests, implement and monitor product/project improvements
- Perform engineering changes conforming to internal quality requirements
- Creates, maintains, and revises Engineering Documents and Work Instructions as required
- Customer and vendor interaction including provide engineering help to customers and vendors as required as well as understand and communicate customer expectations to appropriate team members.
- Preparation of product specifications for manufacturing and quality assurance
- Works with production on smooth product manufacturing start-up.
- Trains all supervisory personnel in the proper use and operation of engineering documents and/or tooling as required
- Directly interface with production for manufacturing and problem solving

Also responsible for product qualification, process planning and implementation, quality planning, work instructions and assisting with sustaining engineering.
