Position Reporting:
This role reports to the Senior Project Manager.

Compensation Package:

Base salary range:
$85,000 to $125,000

Role Significance:
The Project Engineer will work alongside industry-leading architects and clients within the luxury construction market.

Responsibilities:
The Project Engineer will be instrumental in the preconstruction phase, focusing on planning, budgeting, and team organization.

Collaboration with a professional team is essential to manage and adhere to project timelines.

Success Criteria:
The Project Engineer will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with clients and internal teams.
They will oversee the financial and operational facets of projects, guiding them from inception to completion.
Leadership and mentoring within the project team will be key aspects of their role.

Candidate Profile:
A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required.
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in a Project Engineer position.
Proficiency in construction management software (such as CMiC, ProCore), Microsoft Project, and the Office suite is essential.
Strong communication skills, coupled with the flexibility and adaptability to function effectively in various team environments, are necessary.
The candidate should have robust organizational skills and a keen interest in fieldwork to contribute significantly to project success.
