Description

We are looking for support for our business partner in Kiel, a company specializing in technical and logistical system solutions, for their Technical Documentation department - starting immediately.

Your responsibilities

You will be responsible for creating spare parts lists and article lists
You will also incorporate technical and process-related changes into existing spare parts lists
You will be responsible for creating graphic designs and ensuring their implementation by illustrators
You will manage and coordinate project-related data exchange with the respective customer, and work closely with cooperating departments
You will also plan, coordinate, and monitor sub-projects in the area of spare parts documentation, taking into account existing specifications

Your qualifications

You have a degree in engineering, completed a technical training program, or have a technical background from the military
Personally, you are known for your analytical and strategic thinking, teamwork skills, and communication abilities
You are able to independently and responsibly manage projects
You have good written and spoken German and English skills and are willing to occasionally travel for work
Ideally, you have basic knowledge of creating spare parts lists according to S2000M and military logistics
