We are currently seeking a Master:in Freight Car Maintenance (w/m/d) for DB Cargo AG at our location in Cologne.
Your responsibilities:

You are motivated to lead a team of approximately 18 employees in freight car maintenance, both technically and disciplinarily
You are responsible for ensuring quality, timely, and compliant maintenance in accordance with applicable quality standards, cost-effectiveness, punctuality, and optimal resource utilization
While meeting key performance indicators, you ensure smooth organization of work and workshop processes, ensuring the success of your team
You ensure that your employees are trained, instructed, and up-to-date with the latest technology in all areas
In addition to monitoring and documenting maintenance processes in SAP, you are responsible for monitoring and actively supporting goal achievement
You are responsible for releasing freight cars for operation
Finally, you monitor cleanliness and order in your assigned area and contribute to continuous improvement processes
