    Role and Responsibilities
    • Design, implement, and manage scalable backend systems and infrastructure.
    • Ensure system reliability, efficiency, and performance through continuous monitoring and optimization.
    • Deploy and integrate the company's products in on-premise environments for clients, guaranteeing seamless integration and top-notch performance as per client requirements.
    • Establish and supervise continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
    • Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
    • Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate them into infrastructure solutions.
    About You
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development and infrastructure management.
    • Proficient in backend programming languages like Node.JS, Go, Python, with Java proficiency.
    • Skills in Rust programming.
    • Vast experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and cloud-native services.
    • Certifications like AWS Solutions Architect Professional, AWS Developer Associate, AWS DevOps Engineer Professional, along with other AWS certificates (e.g. AWS Security Specialization).
    • Additional experience with GCP/Azure.
    • Familiarity with Terraform and Pulumi.
    • Solid grasp of database management (SQL, NoSQL) and server-side technologies.
    • Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and other container orchestration tools.
    • Understanding of automation and configuration management tools.

    Compensation Range: $140K - $170K
