Description
Our client is a financial services organization that is dynamic and growing. They are currently looking for a Temporary Office Receptionist/Coordinator to work with their team. The role requires you to work on-site for four days a week and remotely for one day.
As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to C-Suite Executives, managing the day-to-day office activity, and performing receptionist duties.
You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with a lean team, handle a high-volume workload, and be able to account for your work at any given time.
The ideal candidate for this role must have at least three years of experience as a receptionist or office coordinator.
The Chelsey Flat Iron Area in NY. The duration of this role is 3-6 months, and the pay ranges from $25-$35 per hour.
