    Responsibilities

    Engage with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized coverage options.

    Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify appropriate insurance solutions.

    Present and explain insurance policies to clients in a clear and understandable manner.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and trust.

    Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

    Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed advice to clients.


    Requirements

    Previous experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

    Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

    Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

    Detail-oriented and organized approach to work.

    Proficiency in using computer applications and technology.
