Are you a handy person?Do friends/family always bug you for light electrical/plumbing repairs and maintenance?Maybe you like to keep things in working condition so they bug you less often?Well, how would you like to be paid for your efforts?Pax is currently looking for a Maintenance Tech at our Casa Bella Inn & Suites hotel in Tallahassee, FL.

Our Maintenance Techs are the backbone of our hotelsyou keep our clients and staff happy by keeping things running and fixing them when they don't.

As our Maintenance Tech, you'll be expected to:
Assist the Chief Engineer with all maintenance and preventative maintenance tasksMonitor daily electric, water, and gas consumptionComplete assigned budgets to the Chief Engineer's standards for budget, schedule, and qualityMaintain cleanliness and orderliness of all workstations, storage rooms, grounds, and landscaping according to Pax standardsPerform daily inspection of interior/exterior lighting, fixtures, and furnishingsStay in contact with the front desk agents to ensure all tickets are addressed and/or completedRecover/report lost items to front desk or managerRespond to all guest/staff concerns courteously and professionallyAttend and contribute during weekly meetingsSo if you think you'd be right for this jobplease consider applying But just to be clear, make sure you quality per the requirements list as wellRequirements:Minimum of two years of experience in hotel/building maintenanceMust have a flexible schedule (scheduled hours may include off-hours and weekends (depending on the hotel's operational needs)
