Your tasks:

  • Consultation and support of our customers on the topic of travel and vacation booking
  • First point of contact for inquiries from our new and existing customers and direct communication via telephone and email
  • Support customers in booking vacation trips and suitable tourist additional services (including rental cars and travel insurance)
  • Booking and recording of travel data and travel services in our systems
