Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Provide information about rental options, rates, and policies
Process rental agreements and collect payments
Maintain accurate records of rental transactions
Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rentals
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
Promote additional services or upgrades
Assist with inventory control and ensure vehicles are properly maintained
Perform vehicle inspections and note any damage or major cleaning issues
Maintain cleanliness of work environment
Transport customers to and from shuttle depot

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the rental industry
Strong market knowledge and understanding of rental procedures
Excellent front desk and communication skills
Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
Proven sales management abilities
Proficient in administrative tasks and record keeping
Basic retail math skills for processing payments and calculating rates
Exceptional organizational skills to manage rental schedules and paperwork
Outstanding customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients
Must be able to sit or stand for long periods
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid CA driver's license with at least two years driving experience
